To celebrate his girlfriend's recovery from a collapsed lung80p Archives Twitter user Scott T. took her out to a nice dinner.

Though Scott said he casually mentioned the purpose of the celebration, he didn't expect the waitstaff to go all out with this adorable congratulatory cake. They drew a set of lungs out of sauce and added "We beLUNG together."

Scott tweeted about the sweet message.

He made sure to credit the restaurant for their brilliant dessert.

And the waitstaff was apparently pretty proud.
